Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be booked via the online system at sellavio.setmore.com or by contacting the therapist via email at olle@sellavio.ee.

• Recurring appointments are generally scheduled at the end of each session.

• The session format (in-person or online) is agreed upon at the time of booking. Changes can be made by mutual agreement, but no later than 24 hours before the appointment.

• A time slot offered by the therapist remains valid for 48 hours. If no confirmation is received within this period, the slot may be offered to another client.

• The general schedule for future sessions and other specific terms will be agreed upon during the first meeting.

Duration and Arrival

• The standard duration of a session is 90 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.

• For in-person visits, please arrive no earlier than 5–10 minutes before your appointment to protect the privacy of previous clients.

• For online sessions, please join the video call exactly at the scheduled time.

• In case of a delay, please inform the therapist as soon as possible via phone, SMS, or email. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended.

Payment and Billing

• An invoice will be sent to your email address after the session.

• The client agrees to pay for the services according to the current price list and the payment terms specified on the invoice.

• A prerequisite for a session is the absence of any outstanding payments from previous visits.

• If the service is covered by an employer or insurance company, please inform the therapist no later than during the session.

Cancellation Policy

• If you fail to attend a session or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you are required to pay 50% of the session fee.

Confidentiality

• The therapist protects all information shared by the client and will not disclose it without the client’s consent.

• Confidentiality may only be breached in cases required by law (e.g., if there is a direct threat to the life or health of the client or others).

Agreement

• By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
